Entry-Level CFS Panel Assemblers

Location: Buena Park, CA

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18-$20/hr starting

About The Role We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Panel Assembler to join our team. No prior cold-formed steel experience is required, we’ll train you. You’ll help assemble steel wall panels using materials produced in-house on Howick Ltd roll-forming machines. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within a manufacturing setting.





What You’ll Do

- Assemble steel wall panels using pre-cut studs and track
- Follow simple shop drawings and instructions (we’ll train you)
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Measure, align, and fasten components accurately
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good work ethic and reliability (shows up on time, ready to work)
- Basic comfort with tools or construction-type work is helpful
- Ability to read a tape measure (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move around and stand for an entire shift
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Bonus (Not Required)
- Any construction, framing, or shop experience
- Experience using hand or power tools
