WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a builder and problem- solver at heart—someone who has taken ideas from zero to one and wants to do it again. As a key team member, you will work directly with the Founder(s) on high-impact projects—incubating new business ideas, evaluating growth opportunities, executing strategic plans, and collaborating with external stakeholders to drive results.

In this role you would:

- Take ownership of new business ideas and build them end to end—from initial research and business case to launch, execution, and scale.
- Work on high-impact strategic priorities for the company
- Conduct pre-analysis and due diligence for potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Develop robust, scalable and accurate business plans and necessary financial models.
- Work with external partners, including but not limited to, Strategic business partners, Investors, Legal & Compliance teams, and Corporate Structuring Consultants.

YOU ARE A RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE…
- Built a business as a Founder/ Co-founder or set up new initiatives within an organisation. We are looking for people who have taken a venture from 0→ 1, and then scaled it.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with prior experience in insurtech, insurance, or VC/corporate structures related to insurance—you speak the language of insurance and can confidently engage with stakeholders.
- You could have

-8+ years of experience Consulting, or
- Couple of years of hands on experience in working at an Insuretech/ Insurance company
- Strong financial and business acumen




- Comfort with ambiguity and an ownership mindset—excited to pick up a brand-new idea and take it from concept to a working business, end to end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex deals.
- [valuable to have] Understanding of legal and tax regulations related to corporate structuring and Strategic transactions.
