Role Description The Enterprise Architecture Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for guiding enterprise architecture strategy, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives, and ensuring architectural standards and best practices are followed across projects. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, assessing current systems and architectures, defining target architectures, and advising on modernization and integration initiatives.

The role involves preparing architecture documentation, reviewing solution designs for compliance with enterprise guidelines, and supporting governance processes and architecture review boards. The Advisor will also mentor teams,



contribute to technology evaluations, and support decision-making on platforms, tools, and frameworks to drive scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and communicate enterprise, application, data, and infrastructure architectures that support business strategy.
- Experience aligning technology roadmaps with business goals and leading architecture governance and standards.
- Background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives within complex, multi-system environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and cross-functional communication at both technical and business levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing current-state architectures, identifying gaps, and defining pragmatic, phased target-state solutions.
- Experience with integration patterns, cloud platforms, security and compliance principles, and performance optimization.
- Ability to produce clear architecture documentation, diagrams, and guidelines for diverse technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative setting and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
