We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Amazon Connect to define enterprise architecture strategies, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models
- Develop architecture vision, target state and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key architectural decisions
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and feedback
- Provide technical solutions across teams
- Manage and guide technical teams as an SME
- Continuously assess and improve architecture frameworks




- Ensure architecture aligns with business goals and innovation initiatives

Ideal Candidate

A strong Enterprise Architect / Amazon Connect SME who can lead architecture decisions, collaborate across teams, and design scalable, resilient cloud solutions. Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Connect
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture
- Experience designing scalable and resilient systems
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- Experience with cloud architecture and integration
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API Management
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
