Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop new packaging systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing packaging systems.

- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.

- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).

- Proven experience in engineering and packing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
