- Interfacing with customer for project requirements, developments, monitoring and status updates.
- Project planning and execution
- Identification of risks and planning for mitigation/contingencies
- Escalate issues and dependencies to management or/and customers as required.
- Support team members for software development, testing and maintenance
- To lead and manage teams for successful project execution

Skills Qualification
- 8+ years’ experience in Software Engineering Manager/ Project Manager role

- Proven experience in C/C++, Software design
- Solid proven experience in managing/ leading team
- Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or relevant qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interlacing/communication.
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multi task
