The Role: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development, modernization, delivery, and operational support of critical business applications and digital platforms. The role combines technical leadership, people management, solution architecture oversight, operational excellence, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.

The position drives application modernization initiatives, cloud-native development, operational stability, security, cost optimization, and continuous improvement while building high-performing engineering teams.

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for application development, support, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery and operational stability of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and other customer-facing and back-office applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize investments.
- Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, DevOps, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
- Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Manage production support, incident response, SLA compliance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build, mentor,



and develop high-performing engineering teams while creating succession and capability-building plans.
- Lead vendor management, budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a strong product mindset by focusing on customer value, business outcomes, user experience, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
- Engineering leadership experience managing enterprise-scale application teams.
- Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, integrations, data migration, and CRM transformation initiatives).
- Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Credit & Risk, Data Services, Payments, or Banking domains.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and application modernization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs, prioritization, and measurable business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
- Experience working in agile teams and SCRUM methodology
- Robust Product Mindset and be capable of thinking beyond delivery execution.

Technical Skills :

- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS Cloud, Serverless Architecture (Lambda, API Gateway), Cloud-Native Applications.
- Application Development: .NET/C#, REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Data & Analytics: SQL Server, ETL/Data Integration, Master Data Management, Enterprise Data Platforms.
- DevOps & Automation: CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub, QA Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring & Observability.
- Security & Compliance: Secure SDLC, Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Risk & Regulatory Compliance.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Generative AI, AI-Assisted Development, Process Automation, Intelligent Operations.
