Job Summary

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives and manage high-performing engineering teams. This role combines people leadership, software architecture, hands-on engineering, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership to build scalable AI-powered enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in enterprise application development, AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, and modern engineering practices, along with proven leadership experience in product or startup organizations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage software, data, AI/ML, and full-stack engineering teams.
- Foster engineering excellence through coaching, code reviews, technical mentoring, and best practices.
- Drive engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

AI Solution Delivery
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design for:
- Generative AI solutions
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI workflows
- APIs and enterprise platforms
- Ensure scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient AI solutions.





Architecture & Technology
- Design enterprise-grade architectures using cloud-native technologies.
- Guide engineering teams on distributed systems, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Promote reusable AI components and engineering accelerators.
- Drive observability, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and data teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and engineering priorities.

Required Experience
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 9–12 years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise applications.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Applied AI solutions.
- Strong software architecture and system design expertise.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Background
- Product-based or startup organizations.
- 10+ years of startup/product engineering experience preferred.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI applications in production.
- Candidates from non-banking domains are preferred.
- FinTech experience from companies such as Razorpay or Zeta is acceptable.
