Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the engineering team to design, develop, and implement recent products and processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of production lines and equipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to, OSDs (Oral Solid Dose), and other pharmaceutical products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for procurement of raw materials and components.

Job Requirements :

- 20-25 years of experience in engineering leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of injectable manufacturing processes, including formulation development and process optimization.

- Experience with OSD technology transfer from R&D; scale-up to commercialization.

- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
