Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new engineering solutions.

- Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions using engineering principles.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.

- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
