Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production.
- Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets.
- Drive Winning Hrs, OEE, cycle time reductions, and scrap reduction activities
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Establish Recent products regular production ramp up, process validation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S.
Preferred candidate profile A full time degree in Engineering or Diploma
5 - 10 years of relevant work experience from Automotive Manufacturing/ Electronics manufacturing industry
