- Coordinate with service departments for smooth operations

- Prepare daily production reports & SAP entries

- Implement IMS and standard operating systems

- Monitor pollution control equipment (ESP, Bag Filters)

- Work on Kaizen, OPL, and improvement suggestions

- Ensure compliance during audits (internal/external)

- Track emissions & rectify unsafe/leakage points

- Participate in KFA/GRT meetings and innovation initiatives

- Develop and sustain model areas

6. SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)

- Ensure 100% safety compliance in all activities

- Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety awareness sessions

- Report incidents, near misses & unsafe conditions

- Participate in safety trainings and committees

- Promote secure work practices (“I know my job & hazards”)

- Ensure valuable housekeeping & resource conservation

- Monitor and prevent leakages (air, water, oil)
