Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of on-site factory presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Engineer and Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The role involves monitoring and improving production processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing safety and compliance standards across the facility.

The individual will manage factory staff, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives for audio, PA,



and communication systems manufacturing. The Engineer and Factory Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, equipment maintenance strategies, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to manage workflow, schedules, and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to maintain product standards, conduct inspections, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to oversee factory performance and ensure effective, secure production.
- Relevant technical background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in audio, communication, or security systems manufacturing.
- Proven experience in factory or plant management, including team leadership, performance management, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced qualifications or certifications in operations or quality management are an advantage.
