Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage diseases and conditions affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
- Perform Root Canal Treatments (RCT), including routine and complex cases.
- Perform re-root canal treatments and manage failed endodontic cases.
- Handle emergency endodontic cases and provide appropriate pain management.
- Perform pulp capping, pulpotomy, apexification, and other indicated endodontic procedures.
- Evaluate patients using clinical examination and appropriate radiographic/CBCT investigations.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and explain treatment options to patients.
- Coordinate with general dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other specialists when required.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient treatment records.
- Follow strict infection-control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of endodontic instruments and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of clinical ethics, patient communication, and professional conduct.




- Participate in case discussions and contribute to the overall quality of patient care.
- Follow clinic protocols regarding appointments, treatment documentation, billing, and patient follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications
- MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration and authorization to practice in India.
- Good clinical experience in endodontic procedures.
- Experience with modern endodontic techniques and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex and emergency cases.
- Good communication and patient-management skills.
- Professional, responsible, and team-oriented approach.

Skills Preferred
- Rotary/reciprocation endodontics
- Dental operating microscope – preferred
- CBCT-based treatment planning
- Rubber dam isolation
- Management of complex root canal anatomy
- Retreatment and post-treatment complications
- Good clinical documentation
- Effective patient communication

- Deliver high-quality endodontic treatment with appropriate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain excellent infection-control and clinical standards.
- Ensure valuable patient communication and treatment compliance.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary dental team.
- Contribute positively to the reputation and clinical standards of Prasy Dental Clinic.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
