Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and energetic Employee Engagement Specialist to drive employee experience and build a vibrant workplace culture at our office. The ideal candidate should be a natural people person who enjoys bringing employees together, creating memorable experiences, and fostering a strong sense of community within the organisation.





This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute flawlessly, and continuously introduce innovative engagement initiatives that make the workplace exciting and inclusive.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and execute the annual employee engagement calendar aligned with organisational goals.
- Plan, organise, and manage employee engagement activities, celebrations, cultural events, contests, town halls, and wellness initiatives.
- Drive participation and enthusiasm across all employee engagement programmes.
- Build a strong sense of community by creating networking opportunities and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop innovative engagement concepts that enhance employee morale and workplace experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership, HR, vendors, and external partners to deliver seamless events.
- Own end-to-end event management, including ideation, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, execution, and post-event feedback.
- Create engaging communication campaigns, event creatives, posters, videos, and social media-style content for internal platforms.
- Gather employee feedback, analyse engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to increase participation and satisfaction.
- Act as the cultural ambassador for the Mumbai office by promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.




- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas and best practices in employee engagement.

Who you are:

- 3-8 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Community Management, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or a similar role.
- Experience in planning and executing employee events, engagement campaigns, and workplace initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent project and event management skills.
- Ability to engage with employees across levels and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
