We are looking for an energetic, fun-loving and highly organised Employee Engagement & Team Building professional to create memorable experiences for our employees.

We have a dedicated budget for employee engagement, celebrations, games and activities. Your job will be to use that budget creatively to maximise employee participation and happiness while ensuring that every rupee has a proper hisab-kitab!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct team-building games, indoor/outdoor activities, quizzes, competitions, ice-breakers and fun activities.
- Organise employee engagement programs, celebrations, festivals, sports events and employee events.
- Follow the annual Employee Engagement Calendar.
- Conduct activities for different employee groups, including shop-floor employees and leadership teams.
- Be the facilitator/anchor during events and keep the energy high.
- Develop recent and innovative engagement activities instead of repeating the same games.
- Coordinate with event agencies, trainers, artists, sports coaches and other external vendors.
- Manage event logistics, participation and on-ground execution.
- Collect employee feedback and measure participation and engagement.

The Hisab-Kitab Part The Company provides a decent budget for employee engagement and celebrations,



and you will be responsible for managing it efficiently.

You will

- Prepare activity/event budgets and proposals.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure value for money.
- Track budget vs. actual expenditure.
- Maintain records of advances, bills, invoices and settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation for every expense.
- Submit timely expense statements and event-wise expenditure reports.
- Make sure we spend more on employee happiness and less on unnecessary expenses!

- Good at vendor management and negotiation.
- Organised with strong budgeting and documentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across all levels.
