- Establish eMobility operations at different locations with various stakeholders.
- Build and manage local operations teams, including company and service-provider staff.
- Draft operational agreements and ensure KPI compliance.
- Lead operations, service, and charging activities through city managers to meet customer schedules.
- Manage outsourced activities and contracts.
- Provide cost inputs and assumptions for new business quotations.
- Create timelines and coordinate external teams to operationalize recent facilities within target cost and schedule.
- Track project progress, escalate key issues, and support decision-making.
- Plan and execute customer trials to help win new business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vehicle-level issues.
- Handle day-to-day customer interactions and operational governance.
- Define operational metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
