Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) role based in Gurugram. The EMT will provide immediate medical care and support to patients using ambulance services, including assessing patient conditions, performing basic life support procedures, and stabilizing patients during transport.

Responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, collaborating with ambulance drivers and medical staff, documenting patient information and treatments, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.



The role also involves maintaining medical equipment and supplies, ensuring ambulance readiness, and communicating clearly with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members to deliver safe and timely patient care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills and knowledge in Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
- Candidates should possess relevant certifications such as U.S.

National

Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or equivalent recognized EMT credentials.

- Candidates should possess competencies in Paramedic-level care and foundational Medicine appropriate to pre-hospital emergency settings.
- Relevant experience in ambulance operations, pre-hospital patient assessment, and basic life support (BLS); advanced life support (ALS) experience is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make quick clinical decisions, and work effectively in high-stress environments and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care.
- Completion of an accredited EMT/Paramedic training program; additional emergency or trauma care certifications are beneficial.
- Physical fitness sufficient for patient lifting, transfers, and prolonged standing; commitment to safety protocols and continuous learning.
