We are expanding our team and have two openings:

1. EMAIL MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Salary: 25,000 45,000 per month We are looking for a hands-on professional who can independently manage B2B prospect research, lead generation, cold email campaigns and database development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify target companies and decision-makers based on defined criteria.
- Prospect using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
- Generate company and contact databases.
- Identify relevant decision-makers in HR, Administration, Procurement, Travel, Finance and Management.
- Generate, research and verify email IDs and contact information.
- Conduct primary research on companies and prospects.
- Discover geographic coordinates based on defined criteria where required.
- Verify and validate contacts generated.
- Maintain accurate and updated prospect databases.

Cold Email Marketing

- Create and execute B2B cold email campaigns.
- Develop multi-step email sequences and follow-up campaigns.
- Segment prospects and create targeted campaigns.
- Trigger and manage email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, responses and conversions.
- A/B test subject lines, content and campaign elements.
- Continuously improve campaigns based on results.

1. EMAIL MARKETING & MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Salary: 35,000 55,000 per month We are looking for an experienced professional to manage email marketing strategy, campaigns, automation, segmentation and workflows across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Planning & Execution

- Develop comprehensive email marketing campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create and execute multi-touch email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
- Design email sequences for different buyer journey stages and customer segments.
- Manage email calendars across 5–6 simultaneous brands.
- Manage newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- A/B test subject lines, content, send times and campaign elements.
- Build email templates and landing pages.
- Create email content using AI and other productivity tools.

Marketing Automation & Workflows

- Build and optimise marketing automation workflows.
- Work with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms.
- Create behavioural trigger campaigns.
- Set up drip campaigns, welcome series and re-engagement sequences.
- Develop automated workflows for webinars, events, service promotion and content distribution.
- Implement segmentation, lead scoring, progressive profiling and dynamic content strategies where applicable.

Database Management & Segmentation

- Manage email databases and ensure data hygiene.




- Segment databases based on customer profile, industry, geography and behaviour.
- Create targeted lists for different campaigns.
- Maintain database accuracy across multiple brands and campaigns.

Analytics & Optimisation

- Track open rates, click-through rates, replies, conversions and other campaign KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing.
- Prepare campaign reports.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data.
