Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Electronics & Multimedia Sales Executive to join our sales team in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable electronic and multimedia products, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Handle sales of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, audio products, accessories, and other electronic/multimedia products.
- Demonstrate products and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on new product launches, offers, technologies, and market trends.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with billing and other sales-related processes.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.




- Coordinate with the inventory and other departments regarding product availability.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit required reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic and multimedia products.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience in electronics, mobile, computer, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
