Role Description The Electro Mechanical Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing and developing electromechanical components and systems for customized electronic devices used in IoT, M2M, and AI-enabled solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed mechanical and electro-mechanical designs, preparing 3D models and drawings using CAD tools, and collaborating with electronics and software teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electronic systems.

The engineer will participate in concept development, prototyping, design reviews, and testing to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements. The role also involves documentation of designs,



support for manufacturing and assembly, and continuous improvement of existing products based on feedback and field performance.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Design Engineering and Machine Design.
- Proficiency in Product Design, including concept development, material selection, and design for manufacturability.
- Hands-on expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling of mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including electronics, firmware, and testing to develop integrated electromechanical solutions.
- Understanding of basic electronics and electromechanical systems, including sensors, actuators, and enclosure design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with prototyping, tolerance analysis, and industry standards for safety and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to document designs and present technical information clearly.
