Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth functioning of electrical systems in our manufacturing facility The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and production machinery

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, control panels, and machinery

Install, test, and inspect electrical components in production lines and facility infrastructure

Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime

Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records of electrical work performed

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations

Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to improve equipment efficiency

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Support new equipment installations and upgrades to enhance manufacturing processes

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, circuits, and control panels

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing motors, drives, and automation systems

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation





Hands-on experience with PLC programming and automation (preferred)

Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Attention to detail and precision in electrical work

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education & Certifications:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrician or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Wireman License (preferred)

Certification in Industrial Electrical Maintenance (advantageous)

Experience:

Minimum: 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting

Preferred: Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries
