Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical maintenance team at our Ahmedabad facility The ideal candidate will oversee electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations in our manufacturing plant

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Lead a team of electricians and technicians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and control panels

Inspect electrical equipment and diagnose faults to minimize downtime in manufacturing operations

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety protocols and company policies

Collaborate with the maintenance, production, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations

Maintain records of electrical work, maintenance logs, and inventory of electrical supplies

Train and mentor junior electricians, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing motors, PLCs, and automation systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics,



blueprints, and technical manuals

Hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems

Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and electrical safety standards

Soft Skills:

Solid leadership and team management skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

ITI certification in Electrician (preferred)

Electrical Foreman License (advantageous)

Experience:

Minimum: 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, including leadership roles

Preferred: Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries
