Job Title: Electrician – Plant Maintenance

Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Location: Growel Feeds Private Limited, Etmadpur, Agra, Uttara Pradesh To carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems to ensure protected, reliable, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing plant machinery.
- Attend breakdowns related to motors, starters, control panels, MCC panels, VFDs, sensors, cables, and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Check and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, elevators, feeders, extruders, dryers, boilers, compressors, and other plant machinery.
- Identify electrical faults and restore equipment safely with minimum downtime.
- Carry out inspection of electrical panels, earthing systems, ELCB/RCCB, MCBs, overload relays and other protection devices.
- Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Maintain electrical tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.




- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, and plant safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- Support shutdown maintenance and annual maintenance activities.
- Report major electrical faults and recurring problems to the Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Qualification
- ITI – Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid electrical qualification/license will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in feed manufacturing, food processing, aqua feed, rice mill, flour mill, or similar process industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong industrial electrical maintenance experience from other manufacturing industries may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
