About Us: Mayfield Corporate is a leading manufacturing group with expertise in footwear insoles, matting, lamination, and insulation. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our production facility in Edathala, Aluva.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial manufacturing equipment (including lamination machines, clicker machines, and other heavy factory machinery).

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations of the electrical department and supervise electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
- Machinery Upkeep: Ensure the continuous and smooth operation of heavy manufacturing machinery through periodic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and control system issues in factory equipment promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Installation & Upgrades: Lead the electrical installation of new machinery (e.g., imported laminating and cutting machines) and facility upgrades.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate standards and company safety regulations.
- Inventory Management:



Maintain an inventory of essential electrical spare parts and tools required for the factory.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and power consumption.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Electrical Supervisor License (issued by the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing, footwear, or polymer factory environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of industrial wiring, motor controls, PLCs, transformers, and HT/LT panels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, guide, and train a team of electricians and technicians.
- Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English.

Schedule:

- Day shift (Must be flexible to respond to factory emergencies if required).
