KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Incumbent will be responsible for site/project operations.
2. Maintain excellent communication with customer and internal teams
3. Controlling all aspects of the project including planning, execution, quality and resource mobilization
4. Daily material and manpower mobilization and management.
5. Ensuring Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the material and work being done as per Prozett standards
6. Maintaining strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms and guidelines during project
7. Maintaining record and documentation of work and material at site and regular reporting
8. Site survey and provide technical support to sales team
9. Planning scheduling of power distribution plan activities according to work front requirements.
10. Preparation and assessment of daily progress report and protocol.
11. Responsible for complete testing and troubleshooting of power distribution systems to ensure it is working appropriately.
12. Inspect physical installation (wiring, connections and mechanical conditions).
13. Updating seniors on various issues about project regularly and follow up on instruction accordingly.
14. Should have valuable knowledge of Load distribution, wire rating as per load, installation commissioning process.

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
16. Submits site daily reports, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis to the head office.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Industry: Power / Event Exhibition / Power Distribution

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate and Certificate in B-Tech Electrical/ ITI Electrical (will be preferred)

Work Experience: 1- 3 years

Key Skills:

1. Perfect knowledge of electrical, load distribution
2. Analytical mindset and critical thinking
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings, Electrical SLD and MS Office
5. Good understanding of electrical
6. Problem solving ability, project management
7. 1+ years of relevant experience in Electrical or similar in nature projects
8. Should have managed entire project cycle independently
