**Electrical Engineer

Location : Bahadurgarh

Key Responsibilities-**

-  An Electrical Engineer designs, develops, installs, tests, and maintains electrical equipment, components, systems, and power distribution networks. They oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through installation, testing, manufacturing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with industry standards.
-  Lead plant technical associate team (SFE’s) for all maintenance processes and operations with objective to deliver minimize the breakdown during shift operation.
-  Knowledge of tracking expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
-  To represent the plant during audits related to Safety, Quality, ISO & target 100% compliance.
-  Safety: to ensure implementation of all required work permits related to the safety policies, and procedures.
-  Prepare master plan, implement & track the preventive maintenance procedure and
- Preventive maintenance schedules of plant equipment.
-  Support to food safety activities of the plant and ensure closer of findings.
-  Ownership on the department documents (daily reports, maintenance logs, M&R; cost, spare parts, breakdown analysis, major breakdown RCA and plant uptime)
-  Coordination and support with plant purchase team & engineering store to oversee the stock & availability of parts as per requirement.
-  Planning & execution of plant shut down maintenance & activities




-  Represent plant maintenance team during review meeting (daily morning meeting, monthly review meeting with leadership
-  To maintain the GMP, GHP, Food Safety, J.H, LOTO and EHS standards of the organisation.

Key Requirements

-  Excellent Trouble shooting skills through analysis and systematic approach.
-  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution; proficiency in design and good problem-solving abilities.
-  Well understanding of electrical symbols, SLD and panel drawings.
-  Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting the system faults, diagnose failures through analysis with systematic approach and design corrective & proactive procedures.
-  Effective communication and interpersonal skills and team management skills.
-  Excellent electrical and electronic equipment’s and motors, stators, VFD’s, servo drives,controllers, PLC, HMI, PID, sensors knowledge and deliver detailed analytical concepts.

Experience

- 4 to 6 years of experience in plant maintenance role FMCG and Beverage manufacturing companies experience is preferable **.

Education: B.E/B.tech** in Mechanical Engineering
