Role Description This is a full time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Electrical

Engineer will oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for multiplex facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting and troubleshooting electrical equipment, managing power distribution and lighting systems, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role involves working closely with operations, facilities, and vendor teams to support uninterrupted cinema operations and optimize energy usage.

The Electrical

Engineer will also prepare technical documentation,



maintain records, and support upgrades to electrical infrastructure and automation systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power systems, circuits, and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, panels, and wiring.
- Knowledge of building electrical infrastructure such as lighting, HVAC power supply, emergency power, and UPS systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize maintenance activities, and respond to operational emergencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in building services, facilities management, or commercial infrastructure (cinema, hospitality, retail) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as per cinema operations requirements.
