Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, panels, motors, control systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuit diagrams.
- Inspect electrical panels, motors, cables, switches, sensors, relays, contactors, and other components.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and spare parts.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operation of equipment.
- Assist in electrical projects, modifications,



and improvement activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices in the electrical work area.
- Support senior engineers in electrical maintenance and project-related activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, machines, motors, control panels, and industrial wiring.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger, etc.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- ITI – Electrical
- Diploma – Electrical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, manufacturing, industrial electrical work, installation, or related areas.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance will be preferred.
- Fresh Diploma/ITI candidates with strong practical knowledge may also be considered, depending on the requirement.
- Candidates should be responsible, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
