Position: Technician – Security & ELV Systems

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician – Security & ELV Systems with 2–3 years of experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security and ELV systems. The candidate will be responsible for site execution and ensuring proper functioning of systems as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems.

Installation and troubleshooting of Access Control Systems.

Installation and configuration of Video Door Phone / Door Phone Systems.

Installation and maintenance of Intrusion Alarm Systems.

Installation and basic troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems.

Installation and servicing of Home Automation / Smart Home Systems.

Cable laying, termination, dressing, labelling, and testing.

Basic knowledge of networking, IP configuration, switches, routers, and NVR/DVR.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.

Attend service calls, breakdowns, and AMC-related complaints.

Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams for project execution.

Follow safety procedures and maintain proper tools and equipment.

Prepare basic site/service reports and update work status to the reporting manager.





Ensure quality of installation and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

2–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV / ELV / Security Systems / Electrical / Electronics.

Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of IP networking and LAN cabling.

Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and understand technical drawings.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer/project sites in and around Pune.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, or related field.

Relevant technical experience will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Salary

₹ 18,000₹ 25,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
