Role Overview The Junior Electrical Design Engineer will support senior engineers in developing electrical MEP design documentation. This role is hands-on and technical, offering exposure to electrical design calculations, drafting, coordination, and learning end-to-end MEP design workflows within a consultancy workplace.

Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing electrical layouts, power distribution drawings, and lighting layouts

Perform basic load calculations, cable sizing, and voltage drop calculations under guidance Prepare electrical schedules, legends, panel schedules, and BOQs Support development of SLDs and schematic diagrams Coordinate electrical layouts with HVAC and Plumbing services Revise drawings based on coordination comments, design reviews,



and client inputs Learn and apply applicable electrical codes, standards, and best design practices Skills & Competencies

Fundamental understanding of electrical systems in buildings Strong drafting and documentation skills

Willingness to learn MEP coordination and technical design processes Tools & Software AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit MEP (preferred) Experience & Qualification 2 to 5 years of experience in Electrical Design (MEP)

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
