Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, ensuring alignment with instructional design briefs and brand guidelines.
- Translate complex subject matter into intuitive, visually engaging, mobile-responsive learning experiences with gamified elements and branching scenarios.
- Integrate multimedia assets (audio, video, animations) and LMS-friendly formats (SCORM/xAPI) into seamless, trackable learning paths.
- Collaborate with ID teams to wireframe, prototype, and iterate on learning journeys based on feedback and learner analytics.
- Optimize content for load speed,



accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and cross-device compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Support QA and LMS testing cycles; troubleshoot bugs, fix navigation issues, and ensure 100% compliance with client delivery standards.
