We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer / AI Application Support Engineer with 12+ years of experience to perform L2/L3 application support and engineering activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and AI-enabled application support.

The role involves supporting critical production applications, troubleshooting cloud-native and AI-based applications, managing incidents, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support P1/P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations.

Perform L2/L3 application support and troubleshooting.

Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews and implement preventive actions.

Support application releases, deployments, and post-production validations.

Troubleshoot Java, Microservices, GCP, GKE, API, and AI application issues.

Support AI-enabled applications, including Google ADK Agents, Gemini API integrations, and RAG-based applications.

Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services, Kubernetes workloads, APIs, and integrations.

Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with development, cloud, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
