Role Description The Educational Counselor role at Campus Updates is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The counselor will guide students through college selection, entrance exam planning, and career pathway decisions, using a structured and empathetic approach. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, answering student and parent queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and recommendations.

The role involves collaborating with mentors and internal teams to design counseling plans, support webinars and events,



and share updated information on colleges, exams, and programs. The counselor will also contribute to creating informational materials, provide feedback to improve services, and ensure that every student receives clear, unbiased, and personalized guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge to support informed academic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to conduct effective one-on-one sessions and handle diverse learner needs.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling abilities to help students explore and plan suitable career paths.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
