About Craqit

Craqit is a growing EdTech company focused on creating engaging, interactive, and activity-based learning experiences for school students.

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and confident individuals who enjoy working with children and are interested in education, facilitation, student engagement, and experiential learning.

Selected candidates may be assigned to one of two roles based on their experience, subject expertise, communication skills, and programme requirements:

- Lead Activity Facilitator
- Activity Session Assistant

This is a part-time, session-based prospect with a 6-month engagement period.

Role 1: Lead Activity Facilitator The Lead Activity Facilitator will be responsible for independently conducting complete educational activity sessions in schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the activity flow, learning objectives, instructions, and required materials before each session.
- Attend training, briefing, and preparation sessions conducted by the Craqit team.
- Prepare for assigned activities and successfully complete a demonstration before independently conducting sessions.
- Set up activity areas, learning stations, equipment, and materials before the session.
- Independently facilitate and execute complete educational activity sessions.
- Clearly explain concepts, instructions, tasks, and expected outcomes to students.
- Engage, guide, and manage groups of students throughout the session.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, organised, and positive learning environment.
- Observe and record student participation, behaviour, skills, and performance.
- Coordinate professionally with teachers, school representatives, students, and the Craqit team.
- Organise and pack activity materials after each session.

Role 2: Activity Session Assistant The Activity Session Assistant will support the Lead Facilitator and Craqit team in the smooth execution of educational activity sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with setting up activity areas, equipment, learning stations, and materials.
- Support the Lead Facilitator during activity execution.




- Help explain instructions and guide students through assigned tasks.
- Manage smaller groups of students and encourage active participation.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and an organised session environment.
- Observe students and accurately record their participation, behaviour, skills, and performance.
- Distribute, collect, organise, and pack activity materials.
- Support the team before, during, and after each session.

Required Skills and Qualities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with school students.
- Ability to engage and manage groups of students.
- Good classroom and discipline-management abilities.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Patience, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand and explain activity instructions clearly.
- Strong observation and basic documentation skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality and professional conduct.
- Willingness to travel to different school/session locations as required.

Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, education, or relevant subject areas is preferred for the Lead Activity Facilitator role.

Selected candidates will receive professional training and activity-specific guidance before conducting sessions.

Engagement Duration

6 months (Sessions will be assigned based on programme requirements, subject expertise, location, candidate availability, and facilitator performance.)

Compensation

Lead Activity Facilitator

- AI & Robotics Activities (Up to ₹4,000 per session, depending on session complexity, duration, location, preparation requirements, and facilitator expertise.)




- Traditional / Curriculum Subjects (Approximately ₹2,000–₹3,000 per session for areas such as Science, Social Science, Languages, and other curriculum-based subjects.)

Activity Session Assistant (Up to ₹1,000 per session, depending on location, travel distance, session requirements, and assigned responsibilities.)

Performance Bonus

Additional performance-based incentives may be offered during or at the end of the engagement period.
