Job Title: Educational Counselor Tech Courses (Data Science / Full Stack / Cloud / Cybersecurity)

Salary: Up to 40,000/month

Experience: 14 years in EdTech/education sales or counseling (preferred: candidates who've sold tech certification courses)

SevenMentor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-driven Educational Counselor to guide prospective students through course selection and enrollment for our Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Data Engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel walk-in and inbound leads on suitable tech courses based on their career goals and background
- Explain course curriculum, career outcomes, fee structure, and placement support
- Convert leads into enrollments; achieve monthly admission / revenue targets
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email; maintain CRM/lead trackers




- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality feedback
- Conduct counseling sessions/demo walkthroughs for prospective students
- Build and maintain robust rapport with students for referrals

Requirements

- Proven experience counseling/selling IT courses Data Science, Full Stack, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or Data Engineering
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Marathi
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales/admission numbers
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office/Excel
