Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing daily online sales operations and performance. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms, while ensuring accurate and engaging content.

The Ecommerce

Manager will monitor key metrics, analyze sales trends, and optimize campaigns to increase conversion rates and revenue.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute online strategies, improve customer experience, and resolve platform-related issues. The role involves regular reporting, competitor analysis,



and implementation of best practices for e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and E-Commerce skills to manage online listings, drive conversions, and optimize platform performance.

- Relevant experience managing e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces (e.g., brand website, major marketplaces) is preferred.

- Proficiency with e-commerce tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics dashboards; familiarity with SEO and digital advertising is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
