Role Description The Ecommerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The role involves managing online product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing content, pricing, and inventory details across e-commerce platforms.

The Ecommerce

Executive will monitor sales performance, analyze customer behavior and trends, and support promotional campaigns to drive revenue and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for stock updates, responding to platform queries, optimizing product placement, and tracking key performance metrics.



The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with marketplace account managers and contributing to continuous improvement of online sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, customer trends, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to handle marketplace accounts, maintain listings, and coordinate with platform stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support revenue growth, drive promotions, and meet sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate workflows.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and basic Excel or data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in apparel or fashion e-commerce is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
