Role Description The Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. This role involves managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory details. The coordinator will monitor online sales performance, analyze data, and support promotional campaigns to drive growth.

Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with sales, marketing,



and operations teams, and ensuring timely order processing and issue resolution. The role also includes tracking competitor activity, preparing performance reports, and contributing ideas to optimize the overall online customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in ecommerce operations, retail, or FMCG industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with online marketplace tools, order management systems, and basic Excel or data analysis software is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
