About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across our website and marketplaces like Nykaa and Myntra. The role focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, and marketplace performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensure real-time synchronization, and plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee end-to-end order processing including dispatch, returns, and issue resolution
- Marketplace Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, and visibility while ensuring zero errors




- Campaign Execution: Support and run promotions, optimize pricing, and track performance metrics
- Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, production, and marketplace teams for seamless operations
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales, inventory, and performance data to drive improvements

- Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
