Role Description The Ecommerce Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the associate will manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces, including updating content, pricing, and inventory information.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and reports, and supporting promotional campaigns to improve visibility and conversion rates. The associate will handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role also involves assisting with marketplace compliance, ensuring accurate documentation,



and contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage queries, respond to feedback, and support a positive buyer experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess practical E-Commerce skills, including familiarity with Amazon/Walmart seller platforms, listing management, and marketplace best practices.
- Candidates should possess fundamental Sales skills to support promotional activities, upselling, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
