We are building an AI-powered trading technology company focused on helping traders make more systematic, disciplined, and data-driven trading decisions.

Our core product is an AI trading bot that provides trading signals and market insights through a technology-driven approach.

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Closer to join us at an early stage and help build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up.

Role: Sales Closer / Early Sales Team Member

Compensation: Commission Only

This is an early-stage opportunity for someone who wants to take significant responsibility for sales rather than simply work from a predefined sales process.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be to generate, qualify, convert, and close customers for our AI trading bot subscription.

Lead Generation

You will:

- Identify potential traders and customers.
- Generate leads through social media, communities, referrals, outreach, and other channels.
- Engage with prospects who show interest in trading technology.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Follow up with potential customers consistently.

Sales & Closing

You will:

- Understand the prospect's trading requirements.
- Explain how the AI trading bot works.
- Answer customer questions.
- Handle objections.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.
- Maintain relationships with customers after conversion.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly motivated by performance.

- Interested in financial markets and technology.

Previous experience in sales, trading, fintech, SaaS, or financial products is a plus, but solid sales ability and execution matter more.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role .

You will earn a commission for customers that you successfully convert into paying subscribers.

Commission Structure

Commission: 20% till 15 sales and 25% above 15+ sales.

Performance bonus : monthly basis (in lakhs).

Example

Customer purchases a ₹3000 subscription → Sales Closer receives ₹600 commission.

Commission will be calculated based on successfully collected customer payments , subject to the company's refund/cancellation policy.

There is no upper cap on income for this position.

As the company grows, high-performing early sales members may have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and participate in expanded compensation arrangements.
