Looking for someone to own the day-to-day e-commerce & order operations. Someone who just knows how to get things done!
You’ll handle:
- Order processing & end-to-end fulfilment
- Shipping, NDR/RTO & delivery issue resolution
- Coordination with courier/logistics partners
- Customer order & delivery queries
- Product listings and e-commerce backend management
- Shopify/Amazon/marketplace operations and ad optimisation
You should have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of e-commerce & operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
