Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Location: Jaipur or Work From Home (WFH)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage complete marketplace account operations, lead a growing operations team, and ensure excellent client account management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and a proven ability to manage teams, improve operational processes, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete marketplace account operations across multiple platforms

· Handle Amazon (.in and .com) marketplace operations (mandatory)

· Manage product listings, inventory, claims, FBA, and account performance

· Lead and manage an operations team, ensuring productivity and performance

· Develop and implement operational training programs for the team

· Build SOPs and training structures for process improvement

· Handle client communication and account management effectively





· Improve client retention and increase the client lifecycle through proactive account management

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace account management

· Mandatory experience with Amazon.in and Amazon.com

· Experience in at least 3 marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Flipkart, or other marketplaces)

· Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of 10 members

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to scale and manage a team of 20 members

· Experience in creating operational training, SOPs, and team development programs

· Excellent client communication and account management skills

· Solid analytical, operational, and problem-solving abilities
