About the Role

WeFormed Technologies is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce business. We are looking for a responsible professional who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete e-commerce business operations.
- Handle product listings, inventory, pricing, and catalog management.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and delivery partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve customer and operational issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve sales.
- Ensure smooth execution of all business activities.
- Take ownership of business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements




- Qualification: 12th Pass to Graduate
- Experience: 2–3 years in E-Commerce Operations
- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Problem-solving mindset with a responsible attitude.
