Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, sales performance, and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, and product attributes.
- Monitor and manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with the Order Processing, Packing, Accounts, Inventory, and Customer Support teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales, revenue, orders, returns, and other key e-commerce performance metrics.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure products are correctly listed and available across relevant marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams/support for listing, account, order, and operational issues.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports and share insights with management.




- Work on improving marketplace visibility, sales performance, and product conversion.
- Ensure timely resolution of delayed shipments, listing errors, and other marketplace-related issues.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve monthly sales and operational targets.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Etsy, or similar marketplaces.
- Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.
- Experience managing Amazon or other major marketplaces will be preferred.
- Experience in team coordination and e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Salary As per experience and industry standards.
