About the Role We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-commerce Listing & Marketplace Executive to support our growing portfolio of fashion brands.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work on Amazon, our brand websites, and other e-commerce marketplaces , ensuring that products are listed accurately, presented well, and kept updated.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with e-commerce platforms, product content, images, Excel and website backends.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Marketplace Listings

- Create and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
- Upload product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, prices, sizes, colours and other attributes.
- Create and manage parent-child variations.
- Upload and update product images.
- Assist with A+ Content and Brand Store updates.
- Identify and correct listing errors, suppressed listings and missing information.
- Maintain listing quality and catalogue accuracy.
- Coordinate product information across marketplaces.

Website Product Management
- Upload new products on the company websites.
- Create and update product pages on Shopify/WordPress.
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, size information and collections.
- Create and manage product tags, categories and filters.
- Update banners, collections and basic website content.
- Check product pages on desktop and mobile for errors.
- Assist the team with routine website maintenance.

Product Content & Images
- Resize, crop and prepare images for marketplace and website requirements.
- Use Canva for basic image editing and product creatives.
- Ensure correct naming and organisation of product images and files.
- Proofread product titles,



descriptions and other customer-facing content.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with descriptions, keywords and routine content work.

Catalogue & Data Management
- Maintain product master sheets in Excel/Google Sheets .
- Work with SKUs, style codes, sizes, colours, inventory and pricing data.
- Perform bulk uploads using marketplace templates where required.
- Maintain consistency of product information across Amazon and websites.
- Track listing status and pending corrections.

Skills Required The candidate should be comfortable with:

Essential

- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify or similar e-commerce CMS
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Canva
- Product listing and catalogue management
- Basic image resizing/editing
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Internet research and AI tools

Good to Have

- Amazon A+ Content
- Amazon Brand Store
- WordPress/WooCommerce
- Basic SEO and keyword understanding
- Meta Commerce Manager
- Other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio or Meesho
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Familiarity with fashion/apparel cataloguing

- Able to independently figure out simple platform issues
- Curious about e-commerce, fashion and digital business
- Comfortable using AI to work faster
- Responsible about completing tasks accurately and on time
