Key Responsibilities

- Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon and Flipkart, owning the overall business performance of both accounts.
- Marketplace Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and Flipkart account teams to drive collaboration, unlock growth opportunities, and resolve business challenges.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and category growth objectives.
- Sales &
- Performance Analytics: Track daily sell-out and marketplace performance, analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and take corrective actions to drive revenue.
- P&L; Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of account P&L;, ensuring healthy margins, productive spending, and optimal profitability.
- KPI Management: Monitor and improve key performance metrics including revenue, margins, ROAS, conversion, traffic, and overall marketplace efficiency.

- Growth Management:



Drive category growth through assortment planning, pricing and discount strategies, promotions, merchandising, and marketplace advertising.
- Advertising &
- Promotions: Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities to maximize visibility, sales, and ROAS.
- Catalogue &
- Account Health: Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including catalogue management, listing health, content and catalogue updates, merchandising, and issue resolution.
- Inventory &
- Purchase Orders: Monitor inventory levels, manage purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure consistent stock availability to minimize stock-outs and lost sales.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless marketplace operations and business growth.
