D2C Website Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of WalletKart.in.
- Ensure products, pricing, offers, images, descriptions, and collections are updated.
- Improve website conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, and overall customer experience.
- Manage homepage, landing pages, product pages, collection pages, banners, and promotional sections.
- Identify and fix website issues affecting sales and conversions.
- Work with the development/design team for website improvements.
- Implement CRO initiatives including:
- Product page optimisation
- Checkout optimisation
- Upselling & cross-selling
- Bundles and combos
- Trust elements
- Reviews
- Offers
- Urgency/scarcity elements

2. Marketplace Management

Manage and grow WalletKart's presence across marketplaces such as:

- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- Myntra / other relevant marketplaces
- New marketplaces as the business expands

Responsibilities include:
- Product listing creation and optimisation.
- Product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A content, and keywords.
- Marketplace SEO.
- Pricing and promotional strategy.
- Deal and offer management.
- Marketplace advertising coordination.
- Monitoring ratings and reviews.
- Managing suppressed/inactive listings.
- Monitoring marketplace sales and profitability.
- Identifying new marketplace growth opportunities.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own monthly e-commerce revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase:
- Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Gross Margin
- Analyse sales by:
- Product
- Category
- Channel
- Campaign
- Customer segment
- Identify high-performing products and scale them.
- Identify slow-moving products and develop corrective strategies.
- Build promotional calendars around:
- Valentine's Day
- Rakhi




- Diwali
- Wedding season
- Father's Day
- Mother's Day
- Birthdays
- Anniversaries
- Christmas
- Black Friday
- Republic Day
- Independence Day

4. Product Merchandising
- Create and manage product collections.
- Identify products suitable for bundles and combos.
- Develop new merchandising opportunities based on customer behaviour.
- Analyse product performance and profitability.
- Recommend new products based on market trends and customer demand.
- Work closely with product and sourcing teams for current launches.
- Ensure best-selling products have adequate stock availability.

5. Promotions & Offers

Plan and execute e-commerce promotional campaigns including:

- Coupon codes
- Site-wide sales
- Product-specific discounts
- Bundle offers
- Buy-more-save-more offers
- Prepaid discounts
- First-order offers
- Festival offers
- Limited-time offers

Evaluate the impact of every promotion on revenue, margin, AOV and conversion rate.

- Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyse key e-commerce KPIs:

- Revenue
- Orders
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Gross Margin
- Contribution Margin
- CAC
- ROAS
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Returning Customer Revenue
- Product-wise sales
- Channel-wise sales
- Cart abandonment
- Checkout abandonment
- Refund/cancellation rate

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports for management.

- Inventory & Operations Coordination





- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, procurement and operations teams.
- Monitor stock levels of high-selling SKUs.
- Maintain healthy inventory for seasonal campaigns.
- Identify potential stock-out situations in advance.
- Coordinate replenishment planning.
- Track cancelled orders, RTO, returns and refunds.
- Work with operations to improve fulfilment and customer experience.

8. Performance Marketing Coordination

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team managing Google and Meta Ads.

- Share product-level sales and profitability insights.
- Identify products suitable for scaling through paid advertising.
- Analyse landing-page and product-level performance.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing teams.
- Provide insights for:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- PMax
- Remarketing
- Catalog campaigns

The E-commerce Manager will not necessarily manage the ads directly, but should understand performance marketing metrics and their impact on overall profitability.

- Customer Experience

- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and complaints.
- Identify recurring customer issues.
- Improve product information to reduce confusion and returns.
- Work with customer support to identify customer pain points.
- Improve the complete customer journey from product discovery to delivery.

10. Competitor & Market Analysis

Regularly monitor competitors for

- Product launches
- Pricing
- Offers
- Bundles
- Website experience
- Marketplace rankings
- Advertising strategy
- Product reviews
- Customer feedback
- New categories

Use competitor insights to identify opportunities for WalletKart.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
