Position Overview The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company s online presence across multiple marketplaces and platforms The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, marketing, and coordination skills to ensure seamless product listings, campaign execution, and sales growth

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce portals

Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for product images, descriptions, SEO, and promotional campaigns

Monitor daily sales reports, performance metrics, and stock levels across online platforms

Plan and execute online promotions, ads, and discount strategies to maximize visibility and revenue

Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, and keywords for better search ranking and visibility

Handle customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve customer satisfaction and brand image

Collaborate with the operations team for order fulfillment, logistics, and returns management

Track competitor activities and pricing trends to stay competitive in the online market

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field

1 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing

Hard Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Marketplace Dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc)

Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and Google Analytics

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento platforms

Understanding of digital advertising tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign analytics

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach

Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
